Meet Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah. Former Hair Stylist turned Cake Artist. Discovering the opportunity to become certified as a Cake Artist from home through the prestigious French Pastry School was a defining moment. I wanted to create luxury wedding cakes, full of beauty and drama. My expectations and standards are high, I knew I needed to train with experts.

To be honest, at first, I wasn’t sold about the idea of sugar flowers. Why make something artificial when the real thing exists? A florist opened my eyes to the finicky world of putting real flowers on cakes. Once I saw the value of sugar flowers, I apprenticed under a sugar flower master and dedicated myself to learning the craft.

I am inspired by Alexandria Murray at Finespun Cakes, Maggie Austin, Clare Margary at Botanical Cake Studio and so many others.
